Get Saadhane

In preparation

The Daily Practice.

A small, quiet membership — somewhere to return to each morning and each evening, on the phone that is already in your hand.

Saadhane taught the rhythm over twenty-one days. This is the place where the rhythm continues.

“One page. One thought. One small decision to continue.”

What a member opens each day

  • 01

    The daily 3-6-9 page

Three lines in the morning for the intention. Six at midday to return to it. Nine in the evening for gratitude and release. Everything you write stays private to you.

  • 02

    Belaku — a morning line

One Kannada thought or quiet prompt each morning, in Kannada and English, to write from when the page feels empty.

  • 03

    Breath, guided

Short paced practices — two, five or ten minutes — for the beginning of the day, the middle of a hard afternoon, or the last hour before sleep.

  • 04

    The Quiet Hour archive

Recordings from the live sessions, kept in one place, so a missed hour is never a missed month.

A day inside

Five minutes in the morning, a moment at midday, five minutes at night. Nothing to keep up with.

  • Morning

Write the intention. Three slow breaths before the first line.

  • Midday

Return to it. Notice what pulled you away and come back gently.

  • Evening

Gratitude, reflection, and one small decision to continue.

How membership will work

Membership will renew monthly or yearly, with separate options for India and for Europe and the rest of the world, as Saadhane already has. It can be paused or stopped at any time.

Everyone who has Saadhane will be welcomed in first, with an opening month as a thank you.

Nothing is charged yet. This page is here so you can see the shape of it before it opens.
