Breathwork

Breathe with me.

Choose a practice, follow the circle, and let the counting do the work. A few minutes is enough.

Box breathing

Steadying nerves before something that matters.

  1. 1.Sit tall, shoulders soft, jaw unclenched.
  2. 2.Breathe in through the nose for four counts.
  3. 3.Hold gently for four — no straining.
  4. 4.Release through the nose for four.
  5. 5.Stay empty for four, then begin again.

Breathwork is a gentle practice, not medical treatment. If you are pregnant, or live with a heart or respiratory condition, please speak with your doctor first and never hold the breath to the point of discomfort.

1 minute

One-Minute Pause

No counting. No special breathing pattern. Just a moment to be.

These practices are for general wellbeing and are not a substitute for professional care. If anything feels uncomfortable, pause or stop.
